This introduction to Kundalini Yoga workshop will include a combination of posture, pranayama (breath work), mantra (chanting) and meditation.
Kundalini Yoga focuses on stimulating the dormant energy that sits at the base of the spine. Known as Kundalini Rising, when this energy rises through the Chakra system it releases blockages and enhances health.
Focusing on the breath allows a deeper delve into this self-awareness practice.
In this workshop you will learn the fundamentals to Kundalini and how it differs from other styles of Yoga.
Releasing tension and emotional blockages in the body, allows for space and prana (life force) to move freely around the body, leaving you feeling cleansed and connected to your inner self.
