With the current rise in Covid and flu related illness “Breathe Yourself Healthy” is a Pranayama (breathing techniques) focused Yoga workshop.

The workshop will include a physical Yoga practise to allow the Yogi to go deeper into the poses using various pranayama.

The workshop will also include Sound Therapy, Meditation and restorative Savasana (relaxation).

With the recent rise in Covid and flu-related illness, “Breathe Yourself Healthy” is a Pranayama (breathing techniques) focused Yoga workshop.

The lungs are muscles that need exercising to maintain health and resilience.  Pranayama is used within Yoga to increase energy and vitality, to detoxify or to induce calm and ease.  By using different techniques you can increase the strength of the lungs and the ability to breathe more efficiently.

Through exploration of different techniques, you will gain a skill set to improve your health and learn which techniques to use to change your mood/energy.  We all experience times of lethargy and lack of motivation – this course will teach you holistically how this can be altered.

A recent reprisal of ancient Yoga breathing practises has seen the rise in fame of Wim Hof, whose premise is to promote good health via the breath.

Working with similar techniques, this workshop will also include physical Yoga practise to allow the Yogi to go deeper into the poses using various pranayama.

The workshop will also include Sound Therapy, Meditation and restorative Savasana (relaxation).
