Pregnancy Yoga

Level: Second and third Trimester. Pregnant ladies may join after their first scan.

 

Aim: This class is designed to include soft and gentle posture work to provide relief from swollen, achy and tired joints and strengthen muscles required for child birth. Breathing exercises will induce calmness and provide valuable techniques for pain management during labour.

 

Focus: Yogic breathing will help improve sleep, reduce anxiety and stress.
