Level: Specifically designed for children.
Aim: This class is a designed to make Yoga a fun, enjoyable and non-competitive form of exercise for children.
Focus: The focus of the class is to introduce the Yoga postures in the form of animals, following a different adventure each week. The children will learn breathing and relaxation techniques to enable them to manage their emotions and stress with a message that being kind is cool, and encourages positive thoughts and habits.
