Due to Covid, for a short period we will be combining the Pregnancy & Slow classes together. Both the physical and breathing practices are gentle and appropriate for pregnancy.
Aimed at: People looking for a gentle restorative class. Also ideal for pregnant women, people recovering from injuries or with mobility issues & the elderly.
Focus: A slower-paced, less intense class, which covers basic poses and sun salutation series at a gentle pace. Introduces yogic breathing and relaxation techniques.
Gentle and restorative stretches, emphasis on restoring body awareness and health. Provides a perfect starter or refresher class or for those that want a lighter form of exercise.
