In this workshop the focus will be to reset the nervous system back to harmony and balance.  We will focus on asana (physical postures) and Pranayama (breathing techniques) designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system the rest & digest side of the nervous system.

This workshop is ideal for beginners and intermediate/advanced Yoga students.  The day will focus on resetting your body and how you feel back to calm.

The 3 hour workshop will also include:   Yoga asana practise (postures),  pranayama (breathing) meditation and restorative savasana (relaxation).

In this workshop the focus will be to reset the nervous system back to harmony and balance.

The last few years have been exceptionally stressful and suffering long term, leads to adrenal overload.

This will often lean on other organs to support the lethargic adrenal system, causing fatigue, hormone imbalance, upset digestion, this list goes on.

An overactive and fearful mind will often cause a mental strain, so pranayama and meditation is introduced to ease the mind and set a Sankalpa (affirmation) for the months and year ahead.
