This workshop will help you change with the seasons by focusing on Yoga practice to boost metabolism, enhance energy and re-balance the body, preparing you for the Autumn season.
Using breathing techniques to create warmth and postures to encourage strength & stamina in order to strengthen your digestive & endocrine systems. Ending with nurturing relaxation and singing bowl sounds to surrender to the changing season and let go of unwanted tension.
